Senior Backend Infrastructure Engineer

Silota is looking for a senior backend infrastructure engineer to plan, build and automate a high-performance analytics stack on behalf of our customers. We place tremendous importance on the reliability of our backend systems, and consequently have invested heavily in our operations and infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

  • Help build, polish and scale our analytics pipeline using Storm and Elasticsearch.
  • Replace and refactor existing systems as needed.
  • Drive the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong software development skills in Python, Ruby, or a similar language.
  • Prior experience designing, building, monitoring, or scaling cloud-based infrastructure, including high-availability systems running across many availability zones and regions.
